Returns Policy

At Chiara & Co. we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and premium quality products for your little ones. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return a purchase. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the size of your purchased item(s), we are happy to offer an exchange of the item(s) for another size of the same item. Kindly contact our Customer Service team who will help guide you through the exchange process. You will be asked for the order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.

Exchanges are subject to the following conditions
  1. Subject to stock availability
  2. If the requested size of the original item(s) is not available, a store credit for the value of the item(s) will be offered.
  3. All item(s) must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 14 working days of receipt.

All Hair accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons. All Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Please note:
  • You will be responsible for postage costs for returning and shipping back the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We strongly advise that you send the return via tracked post as Chiara & Co. will not be able to refund any orders which are lost in transit.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.

Faulty Item

Our products undergo the highest level of quality control inspection. In the rare event that there is a fault or an obvious defect with your item(s), please contact us immediately and return the item(s) within 14 days from the day you received them for store credit, exchange, or a refund.

When you contact us, please have photos and a description of the fault ready to send to us.
If you have requested a refund, once we receive the returned item(s) and approve the refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card, usually within 5-10 days of approval.

For exchanges and store credit please refer to our Exchange Policy above. All Hair accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons. All Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Each of our garments is handcrafted with love. As a testament to their handcrafted nature, slight variations in smocking, embroidery and appliqué placement between pieces are to be expected and celebrated, as they contribute to the unique charm and individuality of our items and are not to be seen as defects.
